Each miniature bud vase is hand-thrown on the potter’s wheel from smooth mid-fire porcelain and burnished. The finished form is then splattered with intense cobalt blue and gunmetal gray custom-dyed slips. An all-over glossy clear glaze provides a smooth finish. Signed on bottom. Oxidation fired to cone 6.
