Weathered stone hollow bowl

Made from slabs with a top that closes in the bowl and creates a pillow effect, each weathered stone bowl is decorated with a textured black slip and a coating of white slip inpsired by the weathered stones of Iceland’s breathtaking landscape. This piece has been sanded to a finish that begs to be touched.
Please note that while this bowl is perfectly safe for trinkets, small fruits, spices, etc., it is not glazed and therefore should not be used to serve liquids such as sauces, dressings, etc. Handwashing is recommended.
